❓ What are the differences between Beta, Charter, and Pioneer access?
🔹Beta (Founding Chamber): Limited to 20 chambers. Includes full concierge onboarding, co-design privileges, and the highest-tier discounts (50% off Year 1, 30% lifetime).
🔹Charter Access (Paid Waitlist): Includes priority onboarding, a 20% lifetime discount, and feature eligibility. Requires a $199 deposit.
🔹XChange Pioneer (Free Waitlist): First-come-first-serve onboarding with early bird discounts (30% off Year 1, 15% lifetime) and upgrade options later.
❓ What happens after I join the waitlist?

Yes — with the following conditions:
💯 Full refund if requested within 15 days of joining the waitlist
💸 50% refund if requested within 30 days
🚫 No refunds after 31 days
The deposit is also fully applied to your first month if you continue through onboarding.
❓ Can I upgrade from XChange Pioneer to Charter Access?
Yes — as long as Charter spots remain. Upgrading increases your lifetime discount and grants access to early onboarding priority.

❓ Will I be trained or supported?
Yes. All members receive access to a guided onboarding experience, but Founding and Charter chambers receive concierge-level support including setup, asset imports, and strategy calls.

Your discount applies not only to your CXN membership, but also to future platform features, upgrades, courses, add-ons, and exclusive programming.
❓ Is there a deadline to apply?
Yes — Beta applications close June 27, and the Waitlist (Charter + Pioneer) closes August 1. Once spots are filled, access may not reopen until after national launch.
